Information submitted through inquiry forms

When you submit an inquiry, the website may collect your name, organization, email address, organization type, requested assistance, deadline information, the description you provide, the page used to submit the inquiry, and advertising-attribution information such as UTM parameters or advertising click identifiers when present.

Do not submit financial records, account credentials, personally sensitive information, or confidential documents through the public form.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to review and respond to the request, assess whether Ferrenhall is an appropriate fit, understand the source of legitimate business inquiries, and protect the website from abuse.

Analytics and measurement

The site uses Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement and may use Google Analytics through that configuration. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also be enabled. Ferrenhall does not intentionally transmit contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, or other free-text inquiry content as ordinary Google Analytics event parameters.

Service providers

The production architecture uses Cloudflare for website delivery, security controls, and Turnstile bot protection; Google Tag Manager and associated analytics functionality for website measurement; and Resend for transactional email delivery.

Storage

The website architecture does not intentionally store contact-form submissions in a Ferrenhall website database. Submitted information is transmitted to the configured Ferrenhall business email through the transactional email service. Email systems and service providers may retain information according to their respective settings and policies.
